    The FBG-YHGZ01 explosion-proof tank produced by our company meets the requirements of the fixed explosion-proof tank with a TNT explosion equivalent of 1.5KG in the "GA 871-2010 explosion-proof tank". It consists of an inner tank, an outer tank, and an energy-absorbing buffer layer. The structure is made of two inner and outer manganese steel plates, and the middle filling sandwich is made of high-strength high-mold polyethylene material and special glue. Stainless steel decorative plate is used on the periphery of the tank. The bottom of the tank is also composed of two layers of manganese steel plate, high-strength and high-molecular polyethylene material and special glue. The bottom of the outer tank is equipped with 4 rollers for easy movement and transportation.

    Explosion-proof performance: Place 1.5kg TNT medicine block (density 1.55g / cm3 --1.6g / cm3) in the explosion-proof tank at the shooting range. The distance from the geometric center of the medicine block to the center of the inner tank bottom is 190mm. The detonation caused by thunder, after the blast, the outer tank body is complete without cracks, perforations and other phenomena; the tank body is free of burning, dense smoke, dust and other phenomena, and the accessories have not fallen off.

注意事项：
    （1） 罐体应放在上方空间为6m以上处，并避开承重梁、吊灯以及损坏后能生产飞溅物伤人的物件。
    （2） 罐体虽有一定消声，防爆功能，但在近距离和室内爆炸声音很大，人员应保持安全距离并保护耳膜；
    （3） 发现爆炸物后应由专业人员轻拿（最好运用机械手）迅速放入罐内，用牵引装置拉向室外空旷地带；确认是否为安全。
